  • WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?

The limited warranty provided by the manufacturer guarantees the product you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

  • WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD?

Warranty periods for furniture start from the date of purchase and are not extended if the product is repaired or replaced by manufacture. If the brand you are looking for is not listed below, please reach out to our customer service to obtain a copy of warranty.

  • WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY NOT COVER?

The limited warranty does not cover:

1) Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, faulty assembly by you (if applicable), storage, transportation, moving and installation, installation of attachments or other modifications;

2) Tears, scratches, scuffs or blemishes caused by any of the foregoing or by the use of various cleaning or conditioning products;

3) Normal wear and tear;

4) Rust or other damage caused by exposure to moisture or other natural conditions;

5) Repairs that are not made or authorized by us, including repairs using parts not provided by us;

6) Naturally occurring variations in the appearance of upholstery;

7) damage due to your failure to follow product use or maintenance instructions.

  • HOW DO I OBTAIN SUPPORT UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY?

If your furniture is defective and is covered under limited warranty mentioned above, contact us during the applicable warranty period and provide a brief description of the issue together with written proof of purchase by telephone or email:

We will contact our supplier on your behalf for replacement parts and instructions on how to use them or replace the furniture. No shipping or handling fees need to be paid by you when we provide you with replacement parts, return the defective furniture to use and return the repaired or replacement furniture to you, as applicable.

  • CAN I PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH YOU?
