1. SHIPPING AREAS

We provide free shipping to all 48 Contiguous US States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and reputable LTL company.

3. SHIPPING HANDLING AND TRANSIT TIME

If the product that you purchased is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, the product will ship within five (5) business days from the date of your order. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the product leaving the warehouse, we will send the tracking information to the e-mail address that you provided upon checkout. If you do not receive the tracking information from us within six (6) business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at help@newbornurseryfurniture.com. Estimate transit time is two (2) to six (6) business days.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

As soon as you place your order, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided upon checkout. This would mean that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm if the Product that you purchased is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the Product that you purchased is available for immediate shipment or within three (3) business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If the Product is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. Once your product shipped, we will provide tracking information via email.

5. BACKORDER

If a product you purchased is out of stock, we will reach out to let you know. You can opt to cancel or leave it pending. If you want to leave it pending, we will process the charges and send the order to our supplier to process as soon as the product is available.

6. NOTICES

  • For orders shipped via LTL (Less than Truck Load) freight, once the shipment arrives, carrier will require an appointment to deliver the order, so please include a phone number in your order you can be reach at.

  • Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery.

  • For LTL shipments, if you can not accept package at the scheduled delivery time for any reason and need to reschedule, you will be responsible for a redelivery fee (depending on how much carrier charges us).

  • Drivers only offload the product into the driveway. We do not provide additional help at the moment.

  • All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

  • Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches, the delivery dates may vary. Although we may provide shipment timeframes during these dates, you understand that those are our good-faith estimates and may be subject to change.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, act of God or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, or back end charges.
