Refund & Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Select brands and products are non-returnable/refundable. Please read the below for details.

What does this mean for you? Due to very strict rules and regulations, as well as ethical guidelines surrounding nursery furniture and baby gear as well as items used by newborns and children, certain brands or items are non-refundable/returnable. Please check the quantity, style and compatibility before purchasing, as we cannot accommodate any return or refund requests for items marked non-returnable/refundable.

What about a damaged or defective item? If any shipping damage or defects to the item occur, we must be notified within 24h of delivery in order to assist and we will gladly send a replacement.

  • All other items that marked as non-returnable/refundable on product page
  • Items marked as 'open box' or sold through promotion

RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE:

Returnable purchased made with Newborn Nursery Furniture may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery (return period). Newborn Nursery Furniture customer service must be contacted within the said return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. There are no additional costs or fees associated with an RMA. However, in some cases (discussed below) restocking fee and shipping fee may be at the customer’s expense.

If the reason for a return is “change of mind” (buyer’s remorse, cancelled orders that shipped before cancelling, ordered the wrong color/size/type, etc.), you agree to return the unopened product in its original packaging and condition. You agree to be responsible for the round-trip shipping (even though you got free delivery) and handling charges. An additional restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be applied for every return.

In some exceptional cases, Newborn Nursery Furniture may not require physical return of the item if the return shipping cost would be excessive. In these rare cases, the customer may dispose of the product in the safest, most convenient and most environmentally-friendly manner of their choice: locally certified waste management or recycling services, donation, re-gifting, etc. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued once physical return has been waived, we have verified the item has been returned to warehouse, and/or we have verified with the return shipping carrier the product is being returned.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If a product arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please notify us right away through email at help@newbornurseryfurniture.com. Photo or video documentation will be required. We are unable to issue refunds for damaged pieces or anything lost in transit, but will be able to honor replacement parts or units for any products received with damage or defects, or which are lost in transit. If we are not notified within 24 hours of the product delivery, you may not be eligible for replacement. If the original unit and/or parts are out of stock, alternatives such as a comparable product may be offered at Newborn Nursery Furniture’s sole discretion.

MISSING PARTS

If a product arrives with missing part(s), please notify us right away through email at help@newbornurseryfurniture.com to request a replacement. We may require pictures or videos of the content you have received. Once we receive all the information required, we will process your request and ship you the missing part(s) to the address you provide.

Please note we are unable to issue refunds for package with missing parts but we will provide replacements for any missing parts. And once we are notified of the issue and receive all the required documents, we will process the replacements immediately. Replacements will be shipped via the same shipping method as your original order. Expediting shipping is not possible.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order never arrived or appear to be lost in transit, we will assist you with filing an investigation claim with according carrier. Standard UPS investigation times (up to 8 business days) apply for any lost or stolen orders. Once the investigation is done, the carrier will notify us if packages can be located and en route to your address (which is the good news to both you and us) or they are unable to locate the package and we will re-ship your order with the same shipping method.

DELIVERY AND REFUSAL

You agree to carefully inspect the product and its packaging the moment you receive it (“Delivery Date”). If you notice any damage, defects issues, you agree to make note of it when signing for delivery. If you refuse delivery, you agree to be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we can refund the original purchase price, less shipping and handling charges for both delivery and return. Please allow 5-7 business days to return the funds to your account.

RETURN PROCESS

If we have approved your request to return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions to the email you provided to us on how and where to send your package. You agree to return the product to us in the original factory condition, with all its original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within one (1) business day (excluding Weekends and Holidays) if the order hasn’t been processed. And we will charge 3% purchase price for administration fee for each cancellation. Once the order is under processing, we do not accept cancellations. If the product that you ordered has shipped and you cancel, you will need to request a return with us once you received package. Once your order is returned and received by shipper, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note: you are subject to all the shipping charges and 25% of the product price for restocking.

EXCHANGES

We DO NOT accept product exchanges for ‘change of mind’ as of this writing. The fastest way to get the product that you want is to return the product that you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new product.
